Intune Endpoint Engineer - Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM) Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) concepts.
• Design implement and manage Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions.
• Manage and maintain endpoint security policies and configurations.
• Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain and improve the security of all mobile devices.
• Understand and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
• Analyze mature and grow the endpoint service offerings to drive adoption and expand utilization through reporting and key performance indicators.
• Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Experience in managing endpoints like iOS Android Windows on Microsoft Intune platform.
• Experience in implementing Windows Comanagement and Autopilot solutions in the environment
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
