As an Italianspeaking Order Support Agent you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses assessing and resolving orderrelated issues and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses deliveries and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
• Resolve orderrelated issues such as cancellations returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.

Requirements:

• Italian C1/C2 level
• English B2 level
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Selfsufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• EU Citizenship
• No previous experience required!
