Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Support the Procurement Manager develop and maintain the Project Procurement Plan;
- Assist in identifying and preparing bidder lists for assigned procurement tasks;
- Complete any Vendor qualification process in accordance Corporate, contract and project requirements;
- Interface with the different disciplines (Technical, Planning, Legal, Insurance..) to minimise risks on contract execution and ensure the optimization of the best effective solutions in terms of cost and planning;
- Prepare, compile and issue Request for Quotation documentation for Vendors;
- Interface with Vendors during their preparation of the technical and commercial proposals including the preparation of responses to any Vendor queries or qualifications;
