Shift Notes: 8 Hour days (10A6:30P) / Call Required / Weekend Call Rotation (40 Hour Guarantee)

Weekend Requirements: 2 Saturdays a Month

OnCall Requirements: Required

Under the direction of the Director of Radiology the Ultrasound Technologist consistently produces highquality ultrasound images for interpretation by the Radiologist. Responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment positioning patients and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using Sonography. Assists the physician with invasive procedures performed in Ultrasound. Rotates through the call schedule as needed.

• 2 years of Experience Required
• General Ultrasound and Vascular proficiency (do not need to be vascular registered) Required
• ARDMS and BLS (AHA) Required

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• License/Certifications (ARRT & BLS (AHA))
