• Engage effortlessly in Dutch or Flemish offering both spoken and written support at a proficient B2 level.
• Embrace learning opportunities and effortlessly juggle multiple tasks ensuring swift and effective responses to customer queries.
• Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate empathetically and effectively understanding and addressing customer concerns with care.
• Infuse every interaction with a serviceoriented mindset embodying kindness and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Delight customers with your soothing telephone presence and engaging conversational style.
• Embrace healthy competition always striving for excellence while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
• Navigate our systems with ease utilizing basic computer skills to provide efficient assistance.
• While prior experience as a call agent is a plus its not essentialyour positive attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
