ME Engineer

• Knowledge of M&E Trades Systems including Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System Electrical System Cold water and Sanitary Plumbing Fire Protection System.
  
• Provide assistance and support to Seniors or Assistant Managers or Managers during the initial phase of project tendering.
  
• Assist in plan and schedule construction sequences as needed.
  
• Coordinate and attend with client s representative and vendors (supplier and subcontractor) matters.
  
• Participate in M&E work inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  
• Review drawings and catalogues to ensure they comply with the latest specifications and standards.
  
• Maintain good documentation records for future reference.
  

Requirements

• Holders of Bachelor s Degree / Master in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering are preferred.
  
• Registered under the Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Graduate Engineer and above.
  
• A minimum of 1 to 3 Years of working experience is required.
  
• Experience in M&E Building Services including documentation handling and preparation.
  
• Proficiency in computer applications and software such as AutoCAD Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel is necessary.
  
• Excellent and fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and adept at handling all aspects of complex situations when facing new challenges.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Exhibits good judgment discretion and flexibility in work hours; occasional domestic and international travel may be necessary.
  
• Must possess a selfstarting attitude uphold high ethical standards and have a proven track record of success under pressure in timeconstrained environments. Additionally must excel as a team player.
  
• Maintains a high standard of honesty and integrity.
