Civil EngineerProject Manager

Growing fullservice firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Dallas team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal team in completion of projections
  
• Lead site design/documentation of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up tenant fill out remodel type projects)
  
• Develop project objectives scope and schedules
  
• Create a detailed project plan
  
• Project scheduling
  
• Client communication
  
• Project/construction administration
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in civil engineering
  
• 8 years of experience
  
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
  
• Ability to travel to site visits planning/zoning meetings and meetings with local jurisdictions
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
