Position Overview
The Behavioral Health Nurse Director is responsible for 24hour unit accountability to supervise and provide compliant direct patient care. The director will develop and maintain clinical competencies through continuing education assess and evaluate team members competency and motivate to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital. This role requires exemplary leadership skills effective communication critical thinking and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience as a Behavioral Health Director or Manager
- Expertise with survey processes in an inpatient psychiatric setting (Joint Commission CMS Department of Human Services etc.)
- Experienced collaborator with multiple department directors and Csuite executives focused on patient care operations
