Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecommunications Technician to join our remote team. This role involves the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of our telecommunications systems to ensure reliable and efficient communication within our company and with our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecommunications technology excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain telecommunications systems including VoIP PBX and related hardware and software.
• Monitor and test system performance ensuring optimal operation and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with telecommunications equipment and services.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to integrate telecommunications systems with other enterprise technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to endusers on telecommunications systems and features.
• Document installation procedures system configurations and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain telecommunications inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems including VoIP PBX and related technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficient in using telecommunications testing and diagnostic tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in telecommunications or networking are a plus.
