Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing services to school districts across Illinois. As a BCBA you will play a critical role in assessing developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students educational and social outcomes through evidencebased practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes and functions of challenging behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
Provide direct and indirect support to students including oneonone interventions and group sessions.
Train and support teachers paraprofessionals and parents in the implementation of behavior strategies and interventions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans making datadriven adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education staff speechlanguage pathologists occupational therapists and school psychologists to support comprehensive student development.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments interventions progress reports and other required records.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
Requirements
Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting particularly those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidencebased practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with students parents and staff.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in ABA.
