Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Rajasthan
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving all business development activity in the assigned market through a team of direct reports consisting of onroll and offroll executives and indirectly via a team of retail sales officers and demand generators.
- Making the company s products/ services of choice among consumers in the assigned market by:
- Achieving lead conversion and sales targets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction as measured by CSAT/NPS, by ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Continually improving performance of team w.r.t speed of response, quality of sales pitch, higher lead conversion, range selling and product upgrade at sites.
- Building a pipeline of skilled and reliable customers for executing company s product / service sites using tools like loyalty-programs, training and skill upgradation, lead-sharing.
- Grow digital commerce for painters by evangelizing the program and delivering quality services.
- Enlist, train and educate new painters on the program, company s products and services and increase our share of wallet.
- Ensuring user satisfaction by ensuring service SLAs are delivered.
- Business Development
- Support the marketing activities of the company in the assigned market by promoting focus products among influencers like painters, architects, interior designers and channel partners like dealers.
- Map & enlist new contractors using tools like loyalty programs, training, vendor meets etc.
- Driving participation of influencer in training initiatives of the company at internal training academies.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Post-Graduate in Management.
- 5+ years experience in Trade and B2C sales.
- Should have handled large teams of on-roll and off-roll members.
- Experience in Building Materials working with influencers, product launches; Finance, Banking, Telecom.
- Proficient in data analysis and use of tools for analysis.
Education and Work Experience Requirements: Post-Graduate in Management. 5+ years experience in Trade and B2B sales. Should have handled large teams of on-roll and off-roll members. Experience in Building Materials, Chemicals, Paints , B2B Sales, Business Development , Industrial sales
