Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: As a Remote Contact Center Specialist at Snoonu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
