Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are proudly searching for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Falmouth.
As Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep customers up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses, ensuring all vehicles are ready on time.
You will also have the ability to give best advice on products and services to customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and Identify exactly what customers want and need.
Requirements
We are looking for experienced customer facing individuals from a retail or customer service background with excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. You must be immaculately presented and possess an attitude geared to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other CRM based systems would be advantageous.
