Territory Manager

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Teritory Manager for a leading Manufacturing company based in Sri Lanka with exports to 40 plus countries.

Job Description

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and overseeing sales activities in your designated territory. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and market share for the company'

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Supervise and train sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management preferably in house hold items or motor spare parts industries.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
