Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary:

• The Lead Software Engineer plays a crucial role in leading software engineers in the development and support/maintenance of software solutions covering integrations web applications and services API ETL processes batch and/or job orchestration across various functional areas.
• The individual will be actively involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle mentoring and guiding software engineers and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

MustHaves:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a technical team.
• Minimum of 8 years of handson software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software engineering frontend web systems integrations API backend batch processing and/or ETL teams.
• 5 years C# and .NET experience.
• 5 years of cloud experience preferably with Azure.

NiceToHaves:

• Healthcare experience desired but not required.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• 5 years experience in Agile DevOps SDLC and ITSM methodologies preferred.
• 5 years experience with web applications eventdriven integrations and APIs.
• Experience with MSSQL TSQL PLSQL Server.
• Experience implementing web security protocols and systems (http oauth 2.0 saml LDAP).
• 5 years experience with Scaled Agile.
