Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will establish yourself as a subjectmatter expert collaborating with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to hire top talent. Your efforts will be crucial in meeting headcount goals technical requirements and sophisticated roadmaps. You will work closely with various peer groups and hiring managers to leverage processes programs strategic sourcing and technology to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your technical recruiting skills to attract and hire talent for our Professional Services teams.
• Track performance against headcount targets and guide monthly and quarterly hiring forecasts.
• Develop sourcing channels to support hiring needs and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
• Use market data and insights to engage with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage conflicting priorities with adaptability and flexibility.
• Handle multiple deadlineoriented projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Professional Services recruiting including substantial inhouse experience.
• Strong background in developing sourcing channels to support diverse hiring needs.
• Proven track record working with leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adapt to changing environments.
• Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
