About the position : Corporate FrenchLanguage Trainer We are looking for engaging, energetic, andintelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will helptransform our clients’ communication skills and make themmore competitive in today’s dynamic business world. Weneed people who are passionate about teaching / training and canbring excitement to the learning experience. As a trainer, you willbe conducting Live online lessons to our clients. Our learners aremostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, youmay have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist,doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specializedfields as your learner. What will you do? - Deliver live videotraining sessions to 1 learner or to a group of up to 5 learnersper session; - Write lesson reports to the learner groups todocument what was covered in each session - Classroom teachingexperience, face-to-face or virtual (a major plus, but should notbe a prerequisite) - Excellent class facilitation skills ensuringeach learner has equal talk time - Confident - Engaging and canhold the attention of all participants throughout a 90-minute class- Good multitasking skills - Comfortable navigating a number ofprograms simultaneously - Comfortable using a webcam - Able toadapt programs to the language needs of a group WhatYou’ll Need?
