Food Service Supervisor

We are currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client to oversee and coordinate food service operations ensuring highquality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills wed like to introduce you to this supervisory role.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef
• Establish work schedules

• Work Term: Permanent

• Hours: 35 hours per week
