Location: Green Bay WI

Responsibilities:

• Installation: Perform detailed and precise concrete coating applications ensuring highquality results and adherence to specifications
  
• Expertise Utilization: Apply your technical knowledge to correct and optimize procedures demonstrating a thorough understanding of materials and techniques.
  
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks ensuring every project meets our stringent standards.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations materials used and quality checks providing comprehensive reports as required.
  
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest industry techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concrete coating or a related field.
  
• Strong technical knowledge and a meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  
• Effective written communication skills for detailed documentation.
  
• A preference for structured environments with clear procedures and expectations
  
• Valid drivers license
