Key Responsibilities include:
Delivery:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of largescale projects ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans resource allocation strategies and risk mitigation plans to optimize project outcomes with a laserfocus on delivery results and commitments while also holding others accountable for their commitments
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues or bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring all service delivery targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Responsible for Managing monitoring and running Customer governance meetings.
People:
- Manager mentor a diverse team of Business Consultants Technical Experts and others to support project initiatives.
- Build a collaborative & inclusive team culture that promotes innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Customer:
- Serve as the primary owner for customer/ and establish and build strong relationships and understanding of their unique business needs and objectives.
- Actively engage with customer key stakeholders to deliver business results.
- Work with Customers to develop future roadmaps.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration expansion of account footprint and solutions.
- Anticipate customer concerns challenges and Risks and proactively address them to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Work cultural
- Work Collaborative with the Technical Team and CSM teams to deliver customerspecific requirements.
- Leverage industry knowledge market insights and competitive analysis to drive strategic sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field; An MBA or advanced degree would be preferred.
- Proven experience of 20 years in program / Project management with a track record of successfully delivering largescale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to build motivate and empower highperforming teams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management.
- Should have Critical thinking ability to decompose complex problems and chart a course to action.
- Should have a proven demonstrated capability to work with Waterfall Agile Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools
- Adherence to policies standards and frameworks. (e.g. SDLC Change Management Risk & Security)
- Additional skills Project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum Master certification
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with customers and other company offices.
