Tasks

• Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors based on the requirements of each project
• Coordinate all relevant parties involved in the project: strategic definition preparation and brief concept design developed design technical design and procurement
• Stay on top of cost and time management ensuring that all project records are consistently updated
• Proactively anticipate and address any potential issues to minimize their impact on schedule budget and overall quality
• Understand the complexities of the supply chain and effectively manage procurement aspects of the construction process
• Ensure successful handover and closeout

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience in the Restaurant industry
• Proficient in building codes construction sequencing and best building practices
• Experience in cost estimating cost control and analysis to ensure the projects stay within budgetary constraints
• Proficiency in project management including data evaluation scoping projects risk assessment task delegation and preparing presentations
• Effective communication abilities for coordinating diverse stakeholders
• Availability to travel
