Logistics Coordinator- Plant Machinery

**Overview**: To maintain, control and manage incoming and available equipment on site to maximize utility, minimize cost & optimize allocation. • *Primary functions**: - Daily equipment/manpower monitoring and control to report all activities to line manager along with obtaining superior’s approval prior to any uncertain action - Follow up with maintenance team to rectify breakdown equipment and remobilize to site, along with dated records - Continual liaison with project management team for requirements to either demobilize equipment or request for additional. - Understands and follows all safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job. - Liaise with client to book timely inspection schedule to handover passed equipment to execution team in due time - Ability of thinking ‘outside the box’, with exceptional problem-solving skills while being capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision. - Dealing with client to understand & discuss requirement and procedures. • *Qualifications/ Experience**: - At least 5 years of field experience with diploma education certificate - English literate; speaking, listening & writing fluently - Gulf Experience is an advantage. - Success in managing equipment’s maintenance, inspections, certifications & driver/operator control - Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends. - Skilled in Microsoft office, Outlook as well as highly adaptable to new systems. • *Personal competencies**: Age between 25-40 years, energetic, in good health, and has a strong personality. • *Job Types**: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 4 months Application Question(s): - Do you have experience in managing equipment’s maintenance, inspections, certifications & driver/operator control?
