Job Description:
Achieve the Gross Profit Target.
Representation of Rhenus Projects Logistics in the market / forums.
Assisting the Head of Projects in Business Development & Sales Functions.
Assisting the other Business Development Heads of Projects Logistics i.e. Non Rhenus Projects India for the development of own Territory Regional &; Global Strategic Key Accounts through proper planning research & scientific sales development process subject to the approval of Head of Projects India & Global.
Budget Monitoring Analysis & timely updating.
Develop different type of project portfolios and work out strategies to align Project Logistics activities with such developments.
Assisting the Head of Projects to issuing Sales Budget report & Team recruitment as it is required.
Conduct research gather information on prospective projects.
Identify global & regional market trends and work out strategies to align Energy Solutions activities with such developments.
Develop new segments like. Defence / Plant Relocations & O&G etc.
Aligning with A&O sales team for closure of adhoc OOG shpts on Branch levels.
Proper & Timely reporting on weekly basis (Sugar&MIS) & initiate recovery / development action.
Strict Adherence of Rhenus Logistics India P Ltd procedures.
Develop Analyse the techno commercial requirements of the customers & resource right solutions price from internal & external stake holders of Project Solutions and achieve the GP & NFR targeted revenue on MTD & YTD basis.
Major role is of business development & sales thereby researching the opportunities feasibility analysis develop right techno commercial solutions preparation of Sales Administration Report for Head of Projects on GP & NFR.
Timely update the market trends in Project Logistics Business Services to the Management.

Should be a Graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development with Project
Management Consulting Companies / Global EPC Companies / Multinational logistics Companies with Project Logistics Sales Experience
Experience with process driven companies is preferable.
