SAP SF Compensation Lead

Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years experience in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
Hands on experience in SuccessFactors Core skill in Compensation module and capable of handling complex requirements and configuration Deep Integration expertise within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules.
Should have SAP SuccessFactors Compensation 2 Full Life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from planning to configuration through go live.
Experience in managing work streams including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation Excellent Communication Presentation skills.
Create solution design for SuccessFactors compensation in compliance with the Best Practices.
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management is a must.
The candidate must have strong problemsolving skills be selfdirected and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
