Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives within Technology Operational Resilience team to Develop and manage comprehensive security strategies policies and programs to assess prioritize and mitigate business risk with technology controls. Areas of enterprise priority include mitigating and managing cyber security threats ensuring systems availability aligning with global regulatory risk and compliance requirements partnering with businesses for better delivery of technology through advice and guidance on technology controls.

Preferred Qualifications for job postings

• Experience in developing cyber security/technology strategies policies and controls.
• 7 years of relevant experience in cyber security.
• 7 years of relevant experience in Information technology.
• Experience working in large financial institutions.
• University degree.
• Information security certification / accreditation is an asset.

• Key Accountabilities:

• Create and manage cyber security strategy programs and execution including threat management services such as threat response security incident management and threat intelligence etc.
• Provide expertise for cyber security technical and nontechnical solutions; review and provide guidance enabling business system delivery in a manner that adheres to information security policy.
• Responsible for protecting the Bank customers and employees by mitigating and identifying technology threats to TD.
• Govern networkrelated security controls throughout the enterprise firewall programs intrusion detection and prevention systems network data leakage prevention secure email encryption and web content filtering.
• Define develop and/or implement Technology Controls / Information Security related policies programs tools.
• provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the Bank.
• May participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting analysis and assessments at the functional business line or enterprise level for their own area.
