Patient Coordinator

• Answering phone calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Supporting clinical staff with documentation and patient flow.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid drivers license (as applicable).

Bonus points for:

• Prior patient care or customer service experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Bilingualism (Spanish).
