Tasks

• Marketing Strategy Development: Shape marketing plans for both existing and new channels and lead campaign execution from inception to completion. Utilize internal resources foster collaboration and align actions with our brand strategy.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze customer insights consumer trends market data and industry best practices to formulate effective marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content aligned with brand messaging for various channels including social media ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Editorial Planning and Execution: Editorial planning ideation and execution of communication initiatives ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging.

• Creativity is your primary tool fueling innovative approaches to communication and marketing.
• Possess a keen eye for impactful communication whether through writing speaking or visual mediums.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications PR or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of content creation and project management in marketing and communications.
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms and content creation with a strong understanding of relevant channels.
• Demonstrated skills in project management multitasking and collaboration within a team setting.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken at least C2 level); proficiency in German is a plus.
• Primary residence and registration in Germany are mandatory.
