Overview: Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing order processing cycle practices ensuring data accuracy and managing our Sales Operations Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and capture business requirements to improve order processing cycle to meet business stakeholder expectations (Vendor / Partner / End User).
- Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in Sales Operations involved systems.
- Analyze sales data take action and measure impact to support decisionmaking.
- Hire develop manage and evaluate a highperforming Sales Operations team.
- Essential Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 35 Years of related experience in Information Technology
- Distribution market is a must.
- Excellent experience in ERP Systems is a must (SAP Experience Highly Preferred)
- Strong background in Sales Operations or related fields excellent people management skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
