Summary:
Support the execution of experiments and the daily operation of the R&D lab. Perform routine laboratory activities based on established procedures. Help maintain lab equipment and analytical devices.
Key Accountabilities
- Supports R&D projects through execution of routine lab activities based on established procedures
- Performs general lab support activities including cleaning glassware and autoclave operations
- Inventories and stocks of lab supplies
- Assists with laboratory organization initiatives
- Communicates effectively within the R&D team
- Maintains safety compliance in the laboratory
- Supports a culture of process improvement and problemsolving
- Demonstrates an openness to trying new approaches
- Is willing to take on new challenges
- Takes steps to adapt thinking and behavior to support change
- Demonstrates an ability and desire to learn from experience
- Treats errors as a learning opportunity

Required Skills
- An Associates or Bachelors Degree is required
- Prior experience in a biotechnology laboratory background
- Strong proficiency with word processing database and statistical computer software.
- Strong and professional communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard laboratory equipment.
- Must be organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects.
