Procurement Officer - Lusail Hospitality and Services

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source evaluate and select suppliers for technical goods or services.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and technologies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement or changes.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and track supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and support for technical purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Having similar role atleast 45years in Qatar and knowledge in Qatar Market to procure items for Housekeeping F&B items specially in Engineering Maintenance Items in operations(households building and office equipment) Office supplies and materials.
• Has Certification and training in Supply Chain Management is a plus
• With valid driving license in Qatar is a must.

Job Type: Fulltime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Qatar Driving License (Required)

Willingness to travel:
