Full time Monday Friday hours plus Great Salary.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the daytoday operations of our site. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities equipment servicing and providing support across various departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daytoday operations of the site ensuring all facilities are functioning optimally.
Coordinate and oversee equipment servicing to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide support to different departments such as quality assurance dispatch goods in etc.
Serve as a point of contact for any facilitiesrelated issues and implement timely solutions.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing facility maintenance and related expenses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of facility systems and equipment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving attitude with a proactive approach to maintenance.
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to assist in various departments as needed.
