General Laborer

• Set up and safely operate Waterjet Cutting machine following established procedures.
  
• Visually inspect metal parts for minor defects and perform corrective actions like deburring buffing cleaning and polishing.
  
• Clean metal parts following established washing procedures.
  
• Input data and communicate effectively in ERP system and other assigned applications.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  
• Ability to stand and perform manual tasks for up to 1012 hours per day.
  
• Excellent dexterity and handeye coordination for handling parts tools and controls.
  
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently.
  
• Possess good vision including close vision distance vision color vision and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices.
  
• Adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure accurate and complete record keeping.
  
• Ability to work safely near machinery and potentially hazardous materials.
  
• Strong reading comprehension skills to understand manufacturing instructions.
  
• Basic mathematical skills (addition subtraction multiplication and division).
  
• Interest in Learning CNC Machining and/or Quality Inspection preferred.
