Responsibilities
- Develop goto market strategy
- Independently develop and expand profitable sales within the dye market in India
- Manage local accounts and portfolios efficiently while coordinating with the headquarters team in Taiwan and India.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with sales targets business policies marketing strategies and pricing policies.
- Proactively prospect and develop new customers identifying potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate projects aimed at increasing market share with a specific focus on local accounts.
- Establish and manage the sales budget and forecast for the region.
- Develop strategic plans to support business growth follow up on new leads and drive projects forward.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the HQ team in Taiwan and India providing updates and reports on sales activities.
