Manager Strategic Projects mfd

We are the creators of Checkmk a leading hybrid IT monitoring software for both cloudnative and traditional infrastructures and applications. Checkmk is available as an opensource and commercial edition. We are a strong team of software developers and DevOps opensource enthusiasts and nerds who are passionate about helping small and large companies run their complex IT infrastructures reliably. Over the last four years we have grown from 20 to over 150 employees to support our customer growth in Europe the US and beyond. Our colleagues currently work from Munich Germany Italy Austria Spain Poland and the US.

Tasks

• You work across all topics the operations team faces in close collaboration with any corner of the organization
• The focus here is on the functionality of Odoo which is our ERPsystem
• As Manager Strategic Projects you drive results yourself and gather people and resources required to achieve your outcomes
• You dig deep into organizational technical and procedural challenges the operation team faces
• You share your expertise knowledge and outcomes with colleagues and customers in a precise and structured way
• You report to VP Operations and closely work with senior management

Requirements

• You have 23 years in a highprofile management consultancy
• You have already worked with ERP/CRM systems and have very good knowledge of commercial and operational processes
• You value freedom to operate and make use of this freedom to deliver results in the best possible way
• You are a master in structuring and analyzing utterly complex problems and translate them into useable insights
• You can organize your work define a target picture and translate back into actionable steps
• Next to solid business acumen you feel comfortable in discussion data and IT based issues
• You are fluent in English and German and love to connect with all different types of characters & professions
