Tasks

As the Lead Software Engineer (BackEnd) you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of backend developers providing guidance mentoring and technical leadership.
• Architecting designing developing and maintaining scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Driving best practices in software development code reviews and ensuring high code quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in production environments.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our backend infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of handson experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
