Licensed Practical Nurse

A leading healthcare provider located in a vibrant community just outside of Lumberton North Carolina is actively seeking fulltime permanent directhire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their outpatient team and become an integral part of their committed healthcare staff!

Compensation Range: $21.63 to $34.61 per hour based on experience

Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Fulltime directhire permanent position.
  
• SignOn Bonus: $3000 (with a 2year commitment)
  
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Day Shifts only
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in an outpatient setting.
  
• Perform routine patient care duties such as monitoring vital signs administering medication and recording patient history.
  
• Assist in patient education and counseling regarding medical processes and treatment plans.
  
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their visit.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient interactions.
  

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current LPN license.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and adeptness in using healthcare technology.
  
• Ideal candidates will be detailoriented with a passion for providing patientcentered care.
