Training Director General DG

The Training DG position is a highpotential role designed to train young talent to assume the role of Director General or Plant Manager in the future. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience and deep knowledge of all aspects of operating a glass packaging manufacturing plant with the ultimate goal of leading the organization to success.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Chemical Engineering or a related field preferred. Work experience:
  
• Previous work experience in the glass industry or similar industrial sectors is highly valued.
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and information systems.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  
• Strong motivation ambition and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  
• Availability to travel and relocate as required.
  

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
