Innovate and Lead with Advanced Data Technologies at VxLabs
Love solving complex data challenges Were seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic data team to design build and maintain robust data pipelines that fuel our data products.
What Youll Be Doing:
Design develop and optimize highly scalable data pipelines to support the creation of datadriven products.
Use your programming skills to automate data collection and transformation.
Design and manage database solutions both SQL and NoSQL to store and retrieve data effectively.
Implement data quality checks and monitoring frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Work closely with the team to define requirements and integrate data capabilities into broader product offerings.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Data Engineering role or similar.
Experience with cloud services especially AWS including EC2 RDS S3 and Lambda.
Experience with big data frameworks like Apache Spark and workflow management platforms like Apache Airflow.
Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies along with proficiency in version control tools.
Familiarity with practices of continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).
Excellent problemsolving capabilities and a track record of effective collaboration in team settings.
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline is required.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in the automotive industry or working with IoT platforms.
Experience with machine learning frameworks.
Prior work in realtime data processing and analytics.
