Pre-Construction Manager Infrastructure

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a PreConstruction Manager where youll oversee preconstruction activities for various infrastructure project pursuits. This dynamic role offers growth opportunities and involves collaborating with established teams on diverse heavy civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project pursuits in collaboration with the proposal manager lead estimator business development manager and project sponsor.
• Identify potential opportunities with the Business Development team recommend suitable partnerships and coordinate partnership teams to meet proposal deadlines and budgets.
• Manage pursuit timelines and deliverables ensuring all necessary data and documentation are included in submissions by attending schedule and proposal meetings.
• Analyze design schedules and construction plans to uncover costsaving opportunities within contract specifications by adjusting quantities estimating materials or proposing alternative construction methods.
• Collaborate with design managers to develop optimal technical solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Develop a client management strategy specific to each project effectively managing client expectations and communication based on contract specifications and Owners needs.

Qualifications:

• Preferably hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Possess 10 or more years of construction industry experience including project pursuits estimating project management or business development.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to understand constructability and interpret risk strategies.
• Strong leadership communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills are a must.

Please note the salary range for this fulltime position is USD $160000 $200000/ year.
