Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting making questions probing
• Assist Customers through Social Media chat phone email regarding different queries
• Query Types: Subscription invoicing tech troubleshooting etc.
• Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regard to software functionality
• Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Native level of required language and English (B2 level)
• Previous experience in Customer Support or experience as a client service representative preferable
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent spoken and written contacthandling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
