The incumbent will coordinate the integration activities and support management of change for standardization of business processes, IT systems, training and culture sustainment. Responsibilities: 1. Support the Integration management office strategy in line with the overall corporate strategy and ensure its horizontal integration with the interfacing Group strategies across the organisation. 2. Ensure standardization of business process and practises across all groups and provide standardized input to IT about the end-state. 3. Provide technical support and expertise to the Integration Manager to ensure decisions are carried out in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conduct Analysis, develop reports and carry out investigations on strategic, operational or financial topics for the department. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration • 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, of which minimum 3 years spent in a corporate role. • Change management experience in a corporate environment • Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies • Business process engineering • Continuous Improvement culture • Proven Facilitation Skills • Artificial Intelligence Experience
