Ensure responses happen within 24 hours
Ensure your responses are relative to the questions and that your spelling and grammar are accurate
Communicate with franchisees to understand their needs and concerns
Facilitate communication and collaboration between franchisees to share best practices and address common challenges
Represent the franchisor in issues with franchisees
Provide guidance to franchisees on legal and compliance matters
Coordinate events and networking opportunities for franchisees to foster a sense of community and collaboration
Keeping franchisees informed of industry trends and changes within the franchise system
Providing regular updates to senior management on the health and success of the franchise community
Stay uptodate with digital technology trends
Inform the digital marketing manager of any ideas to improve efficiencies
Stay up to date with social media policy changes
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Learning about your company s products/services and remaining up to date with any changes.
Meeting with management to discuss possible improvements to the company s customer service.
Coordinate with Marketing PR and Communications teams
Liaise with Development and Sales departments
Ensure that the brand names are not tarnished through comments
Offering assistance to customers to ensure they find the right product/service
Requirements
2 years in a similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Proven customer service experience
Experience with Social Media Collaborative spirit
Qualification in Communications/ Marketing is beneficial
