Detailed Job Description

Visual Merchandise

Regular store visits

Close monitoring and communication with Daily Operation regarding Merchandise & VM issue etc. Ensure the key looks are in place and everything is well set up according to VM standard

Work closely with VM team on VM props order; Review Monthly VM report closely with related departments; Assist to conduct VM training when doing store visits

Merchandise management

Discover replenishment needs to clients after store visit and propose replenishment recommendation with merchandising manager; Ensure business partners stores are well stocked in NOS and seasonal key capsules

Conduct and ensure close alignment on pricing and SKU list between DOS and business partners stores

Training

Work closely with account managers to ensure seasonal product training materials are ready and translated. Conduct physical/ virtual seasonal training together with KAM to as many key stores as possible

Candidate Profile

Strong interest in Fashion and operations

Ideally have merchandise/VM/retail background

Accept to travel frequently

Good with systems SAP preferred; Excel and Powerpoint

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Experienced working with multiple business partners
