We are a full-stack conversational AI company from building products to delivering bots for ourclients. We are looking for a front-end engineer who can help usbuild the next generation of enterprise-grade conversational AIplatform. Haptiks Hybrid Work Model: Haptikplans to operate in a hybrid work-model where our employees willhave the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5working days every week. We currently haveoffices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. In March 2023, we will beopening one in Pune as well. You re encouragedto apply only if you re either based in one of these 4 cities(Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune) or are open to relocating to onewithin 3 months of joiningus. Whatwill you do every day? As a front-end techlead you will be responsible for building the Haptik platform whichis used by people across the globe. You will be working closelywith the product, design and platform team on a day to day basisand be responsible for the look and feel of the product. While youknow how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work andmake friends with yourcolleagues. Ok,you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfectcandidate? Have a keen eye for detailand passionate about UI and UXHave a solidunderstanding of front-end technologies Build,maintain and gate-keep the platform tools Workclosely with the PM and designers to deliver high qualityfeatures Work closely with the backendengineers to understand the Haptik system and build forscale High level estimating andscoping/breaking down of tasks Documentfeatures to make them easily understandable toclients Participate in code reviews, automatedand functional testing, and other aspects of our quality assuranceprocess Use and promote standard good codingpractices Fully participate in a scrum-based,agile development team Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and software development bestpractices Work experience around optimizingbuild artifacts and performancemonitoring Following security standards whenusing cookies/others to store user information etc.
