Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Business Administration or equivalent years experience in
- Possess experience in accordance with relevant HR competency frameworks.
- Understanding of the main functions and objectives of an industrial organization
- 6 years of experience of which 3 years are in supervisory roles.
- Must be fluent in Arabic (both writing and speaking)
- Must have experience in Oil and Gas.
