Senior Front End Engineer

As Senior Frontend Engineer at Pelico you will take a pivotal role in enhancing our innovative operations management platform. Your mission will involve spearheading the development of cuttingedge features aligning them with the highest standards of expertise. Our primary focus is ensuring our industrial clients satisfaction through seamless user experiences.

Reporting directly to the Front End Team Lead you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing new features within the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

What youll do & achieve

• Lead the design and development of advanced frontend features for our platform.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Designer to elevate the platforms UI and UX.
• Incorporate user feedback and insights from Customer Operations & Product teams to continually enhance the platforms impact on our clients.
• Mentor and guide other engineers in the squad contributing to a collaborative and empowering team culture.
• Play a vital role in shaping our engineering culture and best practices particularly within an international team environment with remote colleagues.

Requirements

• Proficiency technical expertise on React GraphQL & Typescript
  
• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement complex UI features in collaboration with Product Designers.
• ProblemSolving: Translate user feedback into innovative technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Work effectively in crossfunctional teams mentor peers and foster positive team dynamics.
