Job Description: Landscaping Business Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Landscaping Business Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our landscaping operations. The Landscaping Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers coordinating projects and ensuring the delivery of highquality landscaping services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit train and supervise a team of landscapers and other staff members.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Set performance goals conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
2. Project Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Site Management and Quality Control:
• Oversee the implementation of landscaping projects ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identify issues and address any concerns promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of highquality landscaping services.
4. Budgeting and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints.
• Monitor project costs track expenses and analyze financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
5. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any questions or concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services to existing clients.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on all landscaping projects.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on safety best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Horticulture Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping or related field with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques materials and equipment.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
