NCW Staffing is looking for a Licensed Dentist for a Clinic in MESA AZ

LOCUM: PARTTIME DENTIST POSITION

Office/Location: 3338 Mesa AZ (Riverview)

Dates: May 16 & 17

Hours: May 16th from 9am 6pm and May 17th from 8am 1pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed dentist to join our clinic in for a temporary parttime position in Meza AZ. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings root canals extractions and dentures
• *Provider must be comfortable with: May 16th from 9am 6pm and May 17th from 8am 1pm
• # of clinical staff at this location: 1 RDH 2 DAs 1 MCD

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $1200/day
• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

Requirements:

• Resume
• Professional License
• Active DEA license is required
• NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and expiration date)
