Digital Product Owner

• Craft and communicate the product vision ensuring it aligns with strategic goals particularly in collaboration with our esteemed manufacturing partner.
  
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to reflect the needs of the business and the insights gained from continuous stakeholder engagement.
  
• Champion the enhancement of procurement processes leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization to foster alignment and drive critical initiatives forward.
  
• Make decisions on product release dates and contents balancing innovative solutions with practical deployment timelines.
  
• Oversee Agile process cycles including Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement and Sprint Retrospectives ensuring productive and agile workflow.
  
• Evaluate product progress at the end of each Sprint deciding on the acceptance or revision of completed work.
  
• Serve as a conduit for team communication representing team progress and challenges to external stakeholders.
  
• Develop and enhance analytics capabilities to support robust decisionmaking within the global supply chain.
  
• Manage the Procure to Pay Solution for the Indirect Supply Chain including compliance and change management responsibilities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  
• At least three years of experience in digital product management or leadership roles focused on procurement process improvements.
  
• Outstanding communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  
• Extensive experience with the Agile methodology ideally over three years.
  
• Previous roles as a Product Owner or Product Manager with relevant certifications.
  
• Familiarity with Agile software tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or Rally.
  
• Analytical prowess preferably with experience in Tableau or PowerBi.
  
• Proven ability in change management encompassing strategy development communication and training.
