Job Title: SAP SF EC Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant for a contract position. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities and strong implementation experience.

Responsibilities:
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as per client requirements.
Understand business processes and requirements to develop and execute a comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology.
Debugging troubleshooting and driving endtoend issue resolution.
Provide ongoing postimplementation support to optimize user adoption and system utilization.
Prepare detailed documentation of project work and ensure project completion within the deadline.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Available to join immediately.
